Newly Renovated Cozy Modern Cottage. This home is right on the TART Trail. Guests can bike to Traverse City or Suttons Bay. We are 1 mile from West Bay and 1.5 miles from a public beach. This cottage is less than 1 mile from Cedar Lake public boat launch-we allow watercraft parking. We are near wineries and breweries. After a day of activity,come grill at the house and have a bonfire. In the fall, warm up near the fireplace. Enjoy Up North and make memories here. The space This home is a cozy, updated cottage. We added the modern conveniences while keeping the character of the house that had been in our family for 3 generations. Other things to note 2026: We no longer provide bikes. EV Charger: 2026-Free!! We do not have an electric vehicle ourselves, but want this as an option for our guests. Decor: subject to change.
