Costa Bonita Resort is a condominium complex designed as a resort; it is not a hotel or motel. There is no front desk reception. Your initial contact for bookings is with the owners, Heidy and Eddie. Before your arrival in Culebra, one of the owners will provide you with access to Costa Bonita Private Villa 604 (CBPV604) by supplying either a front door entrance code or a key box code. The space CBPV604 features a main bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a queen-size futon in the living room. It boasts a premium mattress and hypoallergenic foam pillows for your comfort. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a glass top stove, an espresso coffee maker, regular coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, a small refrigerator, kitchenware, and utensils. You'll find phone charging stations on the bedside stands, as well as two flat-screen Samsung Smart televisions featuring Dish satellite service. The property provides beach towels and chairs for each guest, along with both large and small coolers. If desired, you can just relax on the balcony and soak in the stunning views of the turquoise bay and captivating sunsets or venture out to discover the many world-class beaches Culebra has to offer. The panoramic view from the terrace is perfect for capturing mesmerizing images of the ocean, sky, and moonlight that Culebra's paradise has to offer, making it a must for photography enthusiasts. For your security, CBPV604 is equipped with an outdoor front door security camera. CBPV604 has a maximum capacity of 4 guests, which complies with the administration of condominiums by laws and the fire department code. We do not delineate from this policy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, except for the locked areas. Other things to note Damage and Liability: The guests acknowledge and agrees that they are responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction to the property and its contents that occurs during their stay. The guest agrees to report any damages or issues to the property owners. In the event of damage or loss during the guest’s stay, the guest agrees to reimburse the property owner for the cost of repairs or replacement. This includes any applicable fees for cleaning or loss of rental income. The property owner reserves the right to charge the guest’s provided payment method (credit card) for the total cost of repairs or replacements. Normal wear and tear are not covered; guests should exercise reasonable care when handling the property and its furnishings.
