Next to it is a newly renovated shower room. In the basement is another bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and en suite bathroom with shower and tub. Other things to note A cot is available. There are two private parking spaces right on the property, at the house. A parking space is covered (carport). The entrance via a sliding/ rolling gate.
