Guest room near the equestrian center

My apartment is located within walking distance of approx. 5 minutes to downtown Warendorf. The DOKR grounds and the FN are 2 km away. In 5 minutes you can walk to the German Riding School and the State Stud. The hospital is also a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity is a "Netto" incl. a bakery. It's a 5-minute walk to the pizzeria and the city-famous Jugo (with really big portions!!). There is a double bedroom with storage space available. The space Cozy, quiet and appropriately furnished. The room is 15 square meters and equipped with a large window with blinds. The bed is 1.4 m x 2 m. The mattress of the bed is not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom must be shared with the hostess. Guest access Open During your stay There is a double bedroom and a closet available. The bathroom, including shower, sink and toilet, must be shared with the hostess. You are welcome to prepare tea or coffee in the kitchen. In summer, you can put packaged drinks in the fridge. You can use the oven to bake a pizza or something similar. Regularly cooking fresh food and using the stove is only possible on request. Other things to note I could make my bike available, for example, to get to the DOKR, the FN or the state stud farm every day.... I would charge a fee of €3/day for this.
