The house can be rented as a whole building: max. 9 beds and 2 infants on cots. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room. In summer, guests relax on the terraces and hammocks. In winter the house is electrically heated. If guests wish to enjoy the added attraction of a fireplace or bonfire - they can purchase wood on site. Saunas and jacuzzis are subject to a fee according to the price list on the website. They may be closed for technical reasons. The space The house has an area of 100 square metres and the fenced property with a garden has an area of 1,000 square metres. We provide comfortable beds with mattresses, bed linen and towels, as well as wonderful views of the forest or mountains from the windows and terraces. We have an extensive library for adults and children. The youngest guests can jump on the trampoline, play badminton or football. You can light a bonfire or barbecue in the garden. We have several hammocks. If you are planning a winter holiday with us, remember that you can: 🏂 ski or snowboard in cosy resorts in Rzeczka (2 km from us) or Przygórze (9 km from us). For lovers of larger ski complexes - Zieleniec (40 km) ⛷️ go cross-country skiing on nearby trails ☃️ build snowmen and igloos in our garden 🛷 go sledging or tobogganing on the nearby meadow 🥶 go snow tubing in Rzeczka 🔥laze by the fireplace with a book from the library and board games At any time of the year, you can: 🤝socialise around the bonfire in our garden 🎒hike the nearby mountain trails (remember to bring the appropriate equipment in winter) 🚵go on a bike trip, e.g. along the Sudety MTB trails (a fat bike will come in handy in winter) 🏰visit nearby castles and palaces, e.g. Sarny Castle, Grodno Castle, Książ Castle 🍺take a trip to nearby Czech Republic and see, for example, the Rock Town of Ostasz 🗺️explore the underground (Riese Complex, Former Coal Mine in Nowa Ruda) ⚔️conquer the fortresses in Srebrna Góra or Kłodzko 🌍see a piece of the world in Minieuroland in Kłodzko 🧀feast on local delicacies, e.g. Lutomierskie cheeses or vegetables from the nearby market and local farms ☕️drink delicious coffee at Biała Lokomotywa and taste iconic desserts and ice cream 🎁surprise your loved ones with a regional gift, e.g. from Sowiogórska Palarnia Kawy or Pracownia Ceramiczna RESTceramics If you are planning to visit us in the summer, you can: 🏊‍♂️use the new Municipal Swimming Pool in Nowa Ruda free of charge 🌊swim in Lake Bielawskie or Lake Bystrzyckie 🍇visit the vineyard in Bielawa 📝Before arrival, guests receive a package of practical information (restaurants, shops, local markets and events) and tourist information. 📨Let us know how you like to relax, and we will be happy to suggest things to do in the area at any time of the year, regardless of the weather. We look forward to seeing you in the Sowie Mountains! Guest access The house is rented on an exclusive basis. Guests use all common areas, terraces and the garden. Depending on the number of people, we provide individual bedrooms. Other things to note 📢 We charge a refundable deposit of PLN 600 / PLN 1,000 for New Year's Eve bookings. 📢 Saunas (Finnish and infrared) are subject to an additional charge. 📢 In winter, electric central heating is included in the rental price. Wood for the fireplace and bonfire is available on site at an additional cost. 📢A gravel road leads to us, we recommend driving slowly. In winter, the road is cleared of snow. The house is located at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level, and if your car does not have 4x4 drive, it is worth having chains with you during snowfall. 📢Due to the altitude above sea level, the water pressure in the bathrooms is lower. 📢We do not accept pets. 📢No TV - guests relax by watching nature :) 📢We do not accept loud party :) We ask guests to observe quiet hours.
