The bright and modern semi-detached house can accommodate up to five people and is equipped with every comfort for a relaxing North Sea vacation. Location The beautiful "Lina's Huis" is located on a quiet inner dike in the small Frisian village of Galmsbüll, overlooking the vast marshland, sunsets included. The North Sea can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. The nearest grocery store with fresh rolls and restaurants is about 4 km away. Facilities “Lina's Huis” offers you around 120 m² of living space, a large terrace facing southwest and a fenced garden of approx. 600 m². The spacious, light-filled living area awaits you with a large, cozy couch and flat-screen TV, a modern dining area and an open, luxuriously equipped kitchen with refrigerator incl. Freezer compartment, dishwasher, espresso capsule machine and coffee maker. A utility room with a washing machine and dryer as well as a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, double sink and toilet complete the picture. The bathroom also offers direct access to the garden and a fantastic view of the marshland. On the upper floor, there are two larger bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 × 200), one of which is equipped with a TV, as well as a smaller bedroom with a single bed (90 × *contact info removed*). There is also a large shower room with a toilet on the 2nd floor. The entire house is sustainably heated via a heat pump using underfloor heating. When the weather is fair, the terrace with a beautiful beach chair invites you to relax. Comfortable garden furniture, a large garden table and a parasol are available for the whole family. A charcoal grill is available for a perfect grill evening. For excursions, there are two bicycles in the carport for free use. The features Children and dogs are welcome.
