Description

A charming 2 bedroomed house; cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated in a quiet residential area of Horsham. Close to local amenities, children's playground and convenience store. Just a 5min drive or 30min walk to the historic Sussex market town of Horsham. Offering easy access by foot to bus routes (2min) and Littlehaven train station (10mins) for those wishing to explore further afield to Brighton, the south coast or London and within easy reach of London Gatwick airport (20mins drive). The space The property enjoys its own pathway to a private front door entering into a small hallway at ground floor level. The sunny living room has a lovely bay window overlooking the front lawn and cul-de-sac. After a busy day relax and unwind on the leather sofas in front of a 42" Sony HDTV - connected to satellite Freesat, DVD player and Amazon Firestick. Alternatively connect your own device to our speedy 30mbs fibre WiFi to reach your favourite entertainment channels. A door from the living room leads into the well equipped kitchen-diner. With white gloss units, refitted in 2021, and black granite tops the kitchen area is well equipped with everything you need for your stay - including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, fridge & freezer & USB sockets. The dining area has an extendable dining table, high level storage and double patio doors that open out onto the private rear garden. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. The master has a view out over the rear garden and offers a sumptuous king size bed and large wardrobe. The front bedroom, which overlooks the front lawn, is set-up with 3 single beds and a wardrobe (please note 3rd bed is raised). Across the landing the bathroom has a newly installed electric shower over-bath, WC, wash basin and window. Outside the rear garden is fully enclosed with a large patio area which provides ample space for the large outdoor dining table and chairs. The front garden is laid to lawn and open plan (which is typical for the area). The cul-de-sac of houses all overlook a small green which gives a lovely feeling of community & space. Guest access You will enjoy sole use of the entire house and gardens, which meet the Government's April 12th 2021 easing of restrictions in England allowing for holidays in "self-contained accommodation". The property is in a small cul-de-sac (no through road). There is free on street parking. It can get a little busy at times, but it is never a problem finding a space either within the cul-de-sac or nearby roads. Other things to note The property is a terraced home in a quiet residential area. Whilst we wish you a wonderful stay and that you enjoy all of the amenities, we also kindly ask you to observe our simple house rules, displayed at the property, and to be respectful of the neighbourhood residents young and old......thank you!
