California Sands Estate includes: Indoor heated swimming pool. Amusements arcade, Minimarket, Dutchy’s Tavern, The Pit Stop late night takeaway Pizza Bar, Fish and Chip shop, Café, Big Fella’s Restaurant, and Launderette. There is a bus stop at the site entrance with frequent public transport links to the nearby seaside town of Great Yarmouth or Norfolk Broads.
