Old Church with Sauna and Full Size Snooker Table

The Church at The Old Manse provides a unique, connected, large, luxury, self catering property for exploring Edinburgh, Glasgow and central Scotland. The building has five bedrooms; open plan kitchen and lounge; galleried snooker area; and sauna/shower room. The space We converted the church into a holiday home over the last ten years, taking a derelict old building and turning it into modern, characterful place to stay. The building has modern stained glass in the snooker room and various bedrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed facing the 6 foot circular window giving views to the hills in the south, a second double room is also upstairs along with a snug TV area and the open plan snooker area. Downstairs has three further bedrooms which have zip and link beds allowing them to be configured either as king or twin rooms. The huge open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge uses up most of the remaining downstairs space. The central red italian leather sofa provides stylish low level seating, this is augmented by two additional higher level black leather seats that have arms for those who need more support. There are two high level breakfast bar stools around the kitchen island and ten dining chairs around the designer cantilevered dining table. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe and drawer space, desk and chair. The building now has its own dedicated satellite broadband. Guest access Guests have access to the complete building. Other things to note We have been granted a Scottish short term let accommodation license application SL00020F which limits us to 10 guests. We have an Energy Performance Rating of D.
