This bungalow house has been meticulously restored. Floors are of hardwood. The space is very open; the kitchen is separated from the living room with a continuous countertop. The house is equipped with a washer & dryer (in the kitchen), dishwasher, microwave oven, stainless steel side-by-side fridge, gas stove and oven Although a 2 bedroom house, one bedroom as well as the garage are locked and not part of what is offered. The place is announced as a one bedroom for this reason. The space This Airbnb listing is the only one of ours that we did not plan for short term rentals (furnishing, decorating, airbnb, etc.) from inception. It was purchased as a personal residence in 2001. The furniture and decoration are for the most part what we chose for our own living space and in many cases brought or sent from travels abroad. We usually use this house as our residence when in Columbia although now less frequent. We have locked the smaller of the two bedrooms, this room is private. The bedroom that is available to guests is equipped with a king size bed. There are two cosets in the bedroom. One of the closets is locked and private. The other closet is for the most part empty and for guests’ use. Also private is the attached garage. For guests staying longer than just a few days, it is possible that we may need to access the garage at some point. We can do so from the driveway and will not need to access the house interior. We will notify you beforehand and be mindful of the time. Guest access We have locked the smaller of the two bedrooms, this room is private. The bedroom available to guests has two closets. One of these closets is locked and private. The other closet is unlocked and empty; guests are welcome to use it. A few hangers are provided. There is a small closet in the hallway that is open for guests' use. A few hangers are provided here as well. The attached garage is locked and private. For guests staying longer than just a few days, it is possible that we may need to access the garage at some point. We can do so from the driveway and will not need to access the house interior. We will notify you beforehand and be mindful of the time. Guests can use appliances (W/D, dishwasher, etc.). Kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans, plates & bowls, silverware, etc. All this is available for guests' usage.
