A beautiful newly built boutique styled house, that is self contained. It has its own entrance. It is within easy walking distance to Woodstock Town with its vast array of bars, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants. We are on the edge of The Cotswolds and close to the historic city of Oxford with its Spires, Universities and Parks. Blenheim is within walking distance (10mins). Blenheim has a variety of events and exhibitions over the spring and summer months. The space This beautiful boutique style house is brand sparkling new! Only built in 2020 and is available for holidays or short visits to explore and enjoy the City or Countryside. The downstairs consists of Bathroom, Bedroom, Hallway and Cupboard with Hoover and Washing machine. Some of the unique fixtures have been some brought back my trip to India. I will leave your continental breakfast for you to enjoy in your own time. Should you require shopping, I can (with notice), collect a small package of shopping to await your arrival. Please message me accordingly. Guest access The entire house with private entrance is yours. I live nextdoor so am on hand if needed. Other things to note Woodstock is a stunning little town with plenty of unique shops, Restaurants, cafes, Bars and a Museum. It is home to our beautiful Blenheim Palace with its grounds and palace open to the public. It hosts so many events including The Spring Festival, Easter Jousting, The Dog show and Food Festival. It has a Literary festival and Nocture Live (with an array of famous artists such as Lionel Richie, Kylie, Pavarotti and Elton John plus many more..). In the winter we have the Christmas Market, the Winter light Trail and Christmas Themed Palace. Woodstock is on the edge of The Cotswolds and home to many beautiful walks including The Oxfordshire Way. We are three miles to Oxford Parkway with the trains running straight through to Oxford, Bicester Village (renowned designer outlet centre nearby) and then Marylebone station. Oxford City is a must with Buses running regularly. Stratford upon Avon is less than an hour by Car. .
