The house, recently renovated and fully distributed on one floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach. Distribution: A large white wooden door gives access to the beautiful house, first we find a hall with a sofa, and on the right we have a bathroom with shower and a room. Subsequently we have a large interior terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy a magnificent dinner. Then we enter the house, a diaphanous space where we first find the kitchen perfectly equipped and bright, then on the left we have the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms, one of them with access to the outside terrace, then the living room, with the sofa, internet Wi Fi and satellite tv. Next to the living room there is a bright window with access to the outside terrace where we also have a table to enjoy breakfast while we are invaded by the gentle sea breeze of Sa Marina beach.
