Large, cozy apartment in a rural idyll

We offer a cozy, large apartment in a village idyll - perfect for families, nature lovers or people looking for relaxation from everyday stress. The apartment has a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a relaxing (short) vacation with up to four bedrooms, a large living and dining room with an open, spacious kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and an additional guest toilet. This includes a garden with playground equipment, as well as a play barn. The space The heart of the spacious apartment is the open living/dining area with adjoining balcony to the south: here you can spend your time as you wish. A cozy living room with TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen are available. In addition to the standard equipment such as dishes, cutlery, a fridge/freezer and a hob, the kitchen also includes things such as an oven and a food processor. In addition to a toilet, washbasin and shower, the bathroom also offers a bathtub for relaxing wellness evenings. The attic houses a cozy niche in which the children can set up their play area or where you can simply follow your thoughts and unwind. The bedrooms have partly double beds (2 m x 2 m), partly two single beds (see photos). The base price refers to one bedroom, the living/dining area with balcony, the bathroom and the guest toilet. The other bedrooms are "unlocked" according to the number of people - if you come with fewer people and still want to use more rooms, simply book for the corresponding number of people: Up to 2 people: 1 bedroom Up to 4 people: 2 bedrooms Up to 6 people: 3 bedrooms Up to 8 people: 4 bedrooms We can then clarify all details via message or in a personal conversation :-) Guest access There are two parking spaces for the apartment in the courtyard - if that is not enough, contact us! Other things to note We have just set up a play barn that has been tested by our grandchildren and is considered a favorite place!
