Core renovated and lovingly designed wooden house on well-kept forest property. Enjoy the tranquility, OF COURSE also with your dog. Due to our 4*equipment, you won't lack anything. Many forests and meadows as well as the km-long Elbeseiten Canal invite you for long walks. Other things to note When we visited this house in January 2020, we found a property that stands in the 70s (see photos from "It was once... on our homepage"), whose approx. 1600 square meter forest property was not passable and hardly accessible. But we had a very quick vision of what everything could look like in the end. From our point of view today, we can say that our vision and especially the feeling that it has already been created on the way to our vacation home has exceeded all ideas. The navigability was made and then a carport was built. The trees of the garden were pruned, partly liked and prepared in a lot of small work-like and appealing. Meanwhile, thanks to our friendly farmer, we have transported nine large tractor trailers full of foliage, ghosts and other green areas. In addition, the all-round wooden fence has been renewed, so that if you travel with a dog or child, you can sit back completely relaxed. Today we sit on our newly built terrace and hear nothing but the sound of birds singing. In the meantime, you can always see various squirrels who know our garden as a food point (you can also feed them on your vacation – the food is available free of charge). In addition, in the immediate vicinity of the house, partly exactly above us, the entrance lane of the cranes on your return from winter. Deer in the field we usually also see daily as well. Come down, enjoy the view and recharge and recharge. We have made it our mission to make you feel comfortable here, just like that…In addition, we would like to make you feel like already today, on our sun-downer jetty (sunset jetty), which leads you to the hammock stretched between two trees, where the sunset can be enjoyed in peace. The layout of the house has been fundamentally changed, walls have been removed, rooms have been merged, so today a house has been created that consists of a living room with open kitchen and open dining area, a parent bedroom with double bed, a bright bathroom in shabby chic style and a small children's room, with pull-out bed (then for two people), rounded out by a welcoming bright hallway. In the furnishings, we use a mix of new and high-quality on one side, (new fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, new, high-quality faucets in kitchen and bathroom, parquet, completely new electricity supply, new water supply) and on the other side used, partly taken over, partly from the house, items that we have refurbished in the shabby chic style. (The pictures hopefully speak to themselves) Wherever it went, we have taken care OF this, OF COURSE and sustainably. For example, you will find the highest part of furniture in real or solid wood equipment.
