Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment connected to a large private home just a short walk from picturesque downtown Amherst. The apartment has a separate entrance, full kitchen, private laundry and a large private patio. 30 min. to Cleveland and Cedar Point. The space Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is attached to our main home over the garage, but has its own private entrance and is completely shut off from the main residence. There is a spacious living and dining room, a private laundry (washer/dryer) and a full kitchen with all appliances, (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc). The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two double beds. Both have large closets and there is one full bathroom. The apartment has its own large patio. Guest access You will have private access via keypad entrance. We will provide the code on arrival. You will have your own large private roof deck patio with a table and lounge chairs. Other things to note Our daily price reflects a 3% county tax which was recently enacted. There is a stair chair lift for handicap access. The stairway is wide and easily accommodates the lift. We also have a Pack and Play, and a high chair available, and some toys.
