Cozy little apartment/townhouse. Clean and fresh. Corner apartment on ground level. Calm and nice residential area. The sleeping alcove is small but cozy. Share bathroom, kitchen and TV room with me. Good internet/wireless wifi. The space Small cozy apartment living area 45 sqm-50 sqm /townhouse. In a quiet area; Momarka/Levanger. 1 bedroom with a king-size bed. 1 smaller sleeping alcove. 1 sofa space on the world's best sofa. 1 air mattress space if there are more people than sleeping places.... Incl. Loan of towels, bed linens, sheets, free guest parking available. Guest access parking space in the guest parking lot. Sunny patio in the back where you can sit undisturbed. It is possible to sit under the roof on the patio in the front of the house, with access to a hammock. Hot tub is available with 40°C hot water. (not available at the moment.) During your stay I live in the apartment. + 1 cat. Other things to note There is a cat in the house. When preparing to leave, please follow these check-out instructions to ensure a smooth departure: Check-out time, please note it. Late check-out may incur additional fees unless agreed in advance. Cleaning Leave the apartment tidy. Dispose of all garbage in the specified garbage cans outside (next to the guest parking/garage. Put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Bed linen and towels Place used towels/bed linen in the bathroom. Place bed sheets on the beds. Windows and doors Close and lock all windows and doors before leaving.
