An apartment of 70sm, kitchen bathroom, big living room and a big bedroom with access to the garden. The space Hello!! I am Christina and i rent one apartment from our house in the suburb of Athens. The apartment is near the airport Eleutherios Venizelos and the port of Rafina. During your stay we will help you organise your stay with the easiest way. The location of the apartment is perfect for visiting areas outside Athens such as Rafina, the city of Marathonas, a historical ancient city where is the site of the battle of Marathon in 490 BC, the tumulus or burial mound, the archeological museum of Marathon and the Marathon lake. You can also visit the Sanctuary of the Egyptian Gods at Nea Makri and the wonderful temple of Artemis and the archaeological museum in Vravrona. After arrangement I can drive you to all these places if you wish. Also very near to the house is situated the Attica Zoological Park, is a 20-hectare (49-acre) private zoo located in the Athens suburb of Spata, one of the biggest in Europe which has the third largest collection of birds in the world. Furthermore at 10 min by car you can reach the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Athens, the Athens Designer Outlet, the first designer outlet in Greece which has a great range of designer brands, offering up to 70% off designer clothing and products all year round. For swimming, the house is near to the beautiful seas of Zouberi, Marathonas, Sxoinias, Nea Makri, Agios Antreas, Rafina and the beach of Artemida where you can practice also kite surfing. The apartment is 65mc with a separate entrance and garden. It includes a kitchen,a bathroom, and a big living room and bedroom, all fully furnished and equipped with all the basic kitchen supplies, toiletries, comforts and whatever you need for a simple breakfast! It is situated 35 minutes from the center of Athens by bus or 25 minutes by metro (metro station Pallini-blue line). In order to access the house from the metro or the bus station, it will be better if you rent a car because it is 10 minutes by car from Marathonos avenue. You need a car. From Eleutherios Venizelos airport until the bus or the metro station on Marathonos avenue, it is 7 minutes by metro (3stations) and 20 minutes bu bus. Our house is by car 10 minutes from the port of Rafina. However depending from the days you will stay we can drive you to the nearest metro and bus station, the airport or the port of rafina. The house is in a very green suburb of Athens, a really lovely place away from the pollution and the noise.Don't hesitate to ask me whatever you want! Cheers, christina Guest access By car. Other things to note My accountant informed me that from 2026 there is a climate resilience fee (CCF) that is at 2 euros per night from November until the month of mars(off season ) and 8 euros (from mars to october ). I Kindly ask you to give them to me at your arrival.
