Bathroom is 95% private! If we are over maintaining we may use your toilet, but treat it as your own. Located on famous Bonaventure Road, half a mile from Bonaventure Cemetery. Wifi, smart TV's, parking, 4 porches, a treehouse, and more in what many say is their "favorite house in Savannah.” We now have a Whole Foods and host of other conveniences all within a mile or two. The Parlor Room features a brand new pillow top queen-size bed, period antiques, 32" flat-screen TV and lot of charm. The bathroom is yours to use as your very own. It has a clawfoot tub and waterfall sink. You should treat it like your private bathroom. Your toilet would only be shared by me or a rare visitor. Since the treehouse is open to the elements, it is not rented on its own, rather all guests have free access to it. Guests in the Skylight Suite have priority simply because their privacy is compromised briefly by the ladder due to the skylights. That said, Parlor Room guests simply have to check with guests upstairs (if there are any) and everyone has always worked it out so all can enjoy and experience the treehouse. And if you are really bold and the weather is right, you can sleep in it! The real bosses of the house are our wonderful managers, sister cats Tink and Poof. The downstairs kitchen is shared. And be shrouded by magnificent live oaks that shed leaves regularly and pollinate everything, plus the magical moss makes upkeep all the more challenging. We dust and blow leaves constantly. But you, the guest are worth it. So we go the extra mile. Guest access Guests have access to treehouse, chiminea, hammock, and all shared spaces. The only room that requires permission to view is my office at the top of the stairs to the left. It might be the only messy room in the house! During your stay Angie, the caretaker, lives on-site and is available to chat and provide her professional knowledge of the city. She is a certified hostess city concierge. I am nearby over at the Glam Camp, our sister property, and often stop by to say hello and visit the cats. But we try and respect your space. If you want to chat, let us know! Other things to note PARKING! There is a space available on either side of the front yard. Whichever is open is for you. There is space for one car. If you happen to have two, or if you have an oversized vehicle then you can park on Mechanics Avenue. Under no circumstances should you ever park on Bonaventure Road. You will be towed immediately.
