Very nice country house tastefully renovated and located in a small quiet and very pleasant village. Beautiful hikes and bike rides are possible nearby. A huge garden and an outdoor fireplace and barbecue on the terrace for summer days and evenings. A beautiful fireplace for winter evenings. Very nice setting for a weekend with family or friends. Large open kitchen and large table for pleasant dinners. No parties, reasonable music. The space No excessive music parties. Time with family or friends while respecting the neighborhood!! The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 large bedroom with 1 sofa bed and 2 very comfortable floor mattresses. The very comfortable sofa in the living room can accommodate 4 people for the less demanding ;) REMEMBER TO TAKE SHEETS, DUVET COVERS AND PILLOWCASES BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. So possibility to accommodate 12 people in all in the bedrooms and 4 on the sofa. One bathroom upstairs and two toilets, 1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. An incomparable conviviality in this warm house to ensure you have a great time with family/friends. My cat Marley stays on site, he's a lovely cat who will just ask you to eat in the evening and for petting :) This is my house where I live the rest of the time when I don't rent it, so there are some personal belongings of mine. You will simply be asked not to move things around and to respect my house :) Similarly, when I leave the house on Friday you can find two or three things in the dishwasher and the same for the trash. In order to avoid wasting water or a bag filled a quarter. I am simply happy to let you enjoy this beautiful family home that deserves to be lived in and to see families and friends happy to have a good time there :) Guest access All of the accommodation except one bedroom on the ground floor and cellar and garage. Other things to note We also have an ice maker. If you wish to use the fireplace or barbecue, please remember to bring back charcoal and/or wood.
