A bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a large bunk bed (90x190) and a third bedroom with a very large single bed (120 wide) ideal for two children, which allows the apartment's capacity to go from 5 to 6 people. All bedrooms have closets or dressers. Located on the ground floor, all exterior, ventilated and cool. It has direct access to the garden from the terrace. It has air conditioning. Most of the residents of the development are families who spend their vacations there. Guest access Located in a family development with common areas designed for enjoying the summer season, both for children and adults: a community swimming pool, with a shallower side, ideal for children's bathing and adapted. A large garden, equipped with benches, chairs and tables to rest in the shade of the trees and carry out various activities; a sports court with two basketball hoops and two soccer goals; a ping-pong table, a petanque court and a children's area in the center of the enclosure with a slide, swings and spring games. It should be noted that the enclosure is protected by a fence, which provides security for children to play throughout the enclosure without fear of them leaving it and so parents can rest without worry. Children can also use bicycles, roller skates, scooters, etc., throughout the premises.
