Stays in outlying areas, such as up in the mountains, Crowley, Mammoth Lakes, etc, is possible but requires an additional transport fee for the camper, a 5 night minimum stay and check-in/check-out must be Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday or as arranged. Cleaning fee includes tank fills and dump station fee as well as cleaning and consumable supplies.*** 2000 Prowler 5th Wheel Travel Trailer, 24 feet long and sleeps five. FYI This is an older camper and as such is a bit rough around the edges but fully functioning. Spacious interior with all the amenities and the ability to boondock with use of battery bank (water and energy conservation required for boondocking and dependent on length of stay and number of guests). Amenities include a large refrigerator and freezer, three burner stove/oven, Microwave (with hookup only),double sink, bathroom and shower/tub. Sleeping: private full bed in rear bedroom sleeps two; couch in living room folds out to sleep one adult or kids; dinette converts and also sleeps two. Use the whole RV! The town of Bishop is within minutes of countless campgrounds and camping spots to enjoy. Arrive at the camper...wherever you happen to want to camp! We can set up your campsite anywhere camping is allowed -- in an established campground, primitive campground, at your favorite climbing spot, or next to a babbling creek for peace and quiet. You decide! Take a look at the flags added to the map below (zoom out for more options) to view locations, prices and descriptions of the many area campgrounds. Some of the favorites of ours and past AirBnb campers include Brown's Town Campground in Bishop (top pick); and both Pleasant Valley campgrounds ("The Pit" being a primitive option and semi-primitive Pleasant Valley along the Owens River); as well as boondocking around the Tablelands. A couple other good choices are The Tri County Fairgrounds for hook-ups and convenient in town location; and Brown's Millpond seasonally along a creek. Bishop is a small town with restaurants (we can recommend), basic shopping amenities, hospital and most modern services. Feel free to ask for recommendations for anything from hikes to climbing to where to eat to cooling down in the summer and skiing in the winter! There are local car rentals and limited public transportation through Eastern Sierra Transit. Getting around town is easy on foot, bike or car. Cleaning fee covers general cleaning of the camper including laundry and vacuuming. Guests are required to clean up after themselves and leave the camper in the condition they found it. This specifically means: washing used dishes, wiping up spills, emptying the trash, wiping messes around the toilet, not damaging the camper interior. If these requirements are not met an additional cleaning/damage fee will be applied to your deposit.
