"Spacious and Stylish", Barn Elm Lodge is perfect for families and groups of friends. A converted Stables in the centre of the picturesque village of North Rigton. Here you will find yourself perfectly placed for rural peace and quiet, visits to the beautiful Spa Town of Harrogate (just 10 minutes drive or train away), vibrant Leeds City Centre (20-25 minutes away) or the walking and cycle routes of North Yorkshire (straight out of the door!). The entire site is no smoking both inside and out. The space Set in 8 Acres, our own family home and the Lodge nestle together. You can choose to hop across the road to the very popular village pub or hunker down in your own private piece of Yorkshire. Less than 5 minutes drive to the local train station you can be in Leeds or Harrogate in just a few stops. There really are very few places as private whilst still so accessible. Combined with a well equipped Boot Room with washer, dryer, hanging space and dehumidifier. Electric underfloor heating throughout. There is everything you might need for a relaxing stay. There are two lounge areas available, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, so if you need flexible use of the space let us know and we can set up the rooms for your ideal stay. Please get in touch and let us know how you would like to use this wonderfully flexible and open space. Please note that the downstairs Kingsized bedroom also has a double sofa bed available. If you are a party of 9 or 10 people this will mean that the downstairs bedroom will have 4 people sharing. Guest access You can enjoy ample, safe parking. A beautiful patio complete with garden furniture and wonderful views. We are very happy for you to explore our paddocks and our woodlands with your dogs or children. Other things to note Upstairs there is a delightful light area which can be utilised as a second lounge/bedroom 4 area with gorgeous garden views through the floor to ceiling windows. This space is an ideal childrens' play area, with a sofa, TV, games and a Brio train set for guests' use. It also has a single bed and pull out bed underneath. The property is not overlooked at all and there are no window dressings in this room - so if you are utilising the beds and are light sensitive, eye masks would be advisable. Please note this is a through room to connect with the other bedrooms. Networks usually receive 4G/3G in the Lodge and 70 MB Wifi is available.
