Bedroom with Ensuite & Small Lounge

This spacious ground floor bedroom with ensuite and small lounge will be great for any professional away from their main home mid week. Facilities include separate access, tea and coffee, along with a microwave, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils to allow preparation of meal, mini-fridge, iron and hairdryer. A quiet home from home, we have received some lovely feedback. The space Ground floor bedroom with a very comfortable kingsize bed. Linen and towels provided. It has a wardrobe, two bedside tables, shelves and desk. This room is available whilst our daughter is away and can easily accommodate two people! A private shower room is available off the lounge. NOTE: The shower door entrance is slim (approx 15" wide). Once in the shower area it is a good size but if you are larger around the tummy area you may be breathing in tightly to get in and out of the shower! Guest access You will have almost exclusive use of the small lounge and contents (TV, BT Vision, DVD's). Access to the property will be via a side entrance. French doors open out onto a patio area. Tea and coffee are available in the lounge, along with a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. During your stay We are not running a bed and breakfast - this is "home stay". Whilst we are happy to support with your meal provision, and to do some laundry for you (additional cost), we don't let others use our kitchen or laundry room. Generally one of us is around most of the time, so we're normally on hand to answer questions. Otherwise, we won't seek to impose ourselves on you! Other things to note Please do not park on our driveway. There is parking available within cul de sac. We have one dog - a Rhodesian Ridgeback - sometimes a little anxious so just ignore if you happen to meet in the garden. Our accommodation will provide you with a quiet place to stay. All rooms will be cleaned at the end of each stay. We would be happy to try and accommodate for you to leave your possessions at ours if you have booked to return the following working week.
