The space Mariánská, 840 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The cottages CSR EZG 061 (6 people), CSR EZG 064 (5 persons) and CSR EZG 086 (6 persons) are in the same holiday home area. The house is located in the lower part of the small town, which is located 4 km south from the spa town Jachymov. Access is via a path (unpaved). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking is available on the property. Room: The entrance to your holiday home is at ground level and leads directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Souterrain: Storeroom. Ground floor: Living room with sitting area, TV, fireplace, dining area and access to the balcony (15 sqm). Kitchen with electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Anteroom. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 3 additional beds on mattress.
