Pepper Pot Cottage - South Downs village cottage

In a lovely village setting in the South Downs National Park, with Goodwood motor and horse racing and Cowdray polo nearby, Pepper Pot is a comfortable and well equipped Grade II listed cottage with a shop/ tea room; unfortunately the pub 70 yds away is currently closed. Dogs are welcome. The space On the ground floor it has a good sized living room with an open fire, fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom with downstairs loo and a twin bedroom. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other twin, and a bathroom with shower over bath, loo and basin. The garden is south facing with a patio, garden table and barbecue for eating out and is approached by a path which follows through to a further property. There is a community tennis court and recreation ground in the village. Guest access You can use the whole cottage. On booking we will send you details of how to get to the cottage and the code to the key lock so you can get in. Please note the normal changeover days are Mondays (staying till Thursday, Friday or Monday and so on) and Fridays (staying till Monday, Thursday or Friday and so on). Other things to note Wifi, parking, open fire, Freeview sky tv, stereo/CD, washer, dishwasher, clothes drying line. Dogs welcome (£25 charge per dog (no cats sorry) - please leave cash on departure). High chairs, travel cots and stair gates available on request. Please note for health and safety reasons parents must set these up and ensure they are safe before use. Community tennis court and childrens' playground in village. Free basket full of logs, more available at nominal charge. Night storage heating with 2 hour afternoon top up to keep you warm in the evenings.
