Welcome to our house in peaceful and quiet Braås. The bright and tastefully decorated villa is located right by Lake Örken with walking or cycling distance to Braås swimming area. Nice garden with several patios, including a furnished terrace that you can get to directly from the large lovely living room. Here you can enjoy the sun most of the day and evening. There are also two balconies and a pergola with dining area and barbecue. Canoe, 4 adults and wood-fired tub are available. The space Entrance Floor Hall Welcoming hall with fencing options. There are bicycles in several sizes available for the family's excursions as well as a canoe for 2-3 people that can be launched directly at the dock. The beautiful nature means that there are both nature reserves and hiking trails. The community has all the necessary services with shops, health center, pizzeria and other smaller restaurants in the summer. Here, the proximity to nature is also attractive. The small and quiet community in Braås has direct bus connection to Växjö. Braås camping and swimming area is very popular during the summer and is checked several times each season by the municipality. The local park offers waffle cafes, summer stage activities, exhibitions, flea markets and evening events with music and barbecue. The nature reserve Braås park is a well-visited and popular excursion destination with varied nature. There are rolling hills, pastures, deciduous forests and coniferous forests. The area is bordered to the east by Lake Örken with a 4 km long beach. The nature reserve Sjösås meadow together with the local park and the medieval church is a very interesting excursion destination – not least culturally and historically. In the reserve, there is a hiking trail through beautiful nature. Here in Braås is the best activity park in all of Växjö. The area breathes activity under the open sky with a multi-arena for ball sports, courts for paddle tennis and tennis, outdoor gym, surface for group training, obstacle course with pulse, motor skills course for younger people and a fun pump track for activity on wheels. There is a nice mix in the activity park that lasts for many hours.
