Two storey detached one double-bedroomed self contained property within a gated property in pretty/tranquil village location. No pets The space Secure private self-contained modern guest accommodation on Northants/Leicestershire/Warwickshire border close to Rugby and Lutterworth and I0 minutes away from the villages of Swinford, Catthorpe, North Kilworth and South Kilworth. Coventry City centre & Leicester City centre are 30 minutes drive away. Tranquil country village location yet only 5 minutes from J20 M1 and J1 M6. The Lodge is electrically heated with underfloor heating to the first floor, and radiators to the ground floor. The Lodge is detached and is totally private with its own separate entrance and facilities. The accommodation comprises to the ground floor: Fitted kitchen with fridge with ice box/freezer compartment, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer and dining table. Shower room/WC (restricted height over WC) To the first floor there is a: Lounge with two two seater sofa's, SMART flat screen TV and touch lamps. Double Bedroom with Wardrobe, Drawers, Bedside Drawers, Dressing Table, Hair Dryer and Touch Lamps. Visitor attractions locally are Stanford Hall, Kilworth House Theatre, Rugby School & Kelmarsh Hall. Outside there is a patio area and during warmer months there is a bistro table and 2 chairs. Longer term lets welcome as well as Monday to Friday lets for business travellers. Price includes furnished accommodation and utility costs. Maximum occupancy is two people. Please do not invite guests. WIFI is provided free of charge and whilst it is a fibre connection, our rural village location means that the speed can often vary or be disrupted especially if there is inclement weather. This can make video streaming tricky, although email access and internet surfing is fine. EV charging is not permitted on site but a nearby Supercharger site at Moto Services Rugby is nearby for charging needs. Guest access Secure parking (for one car) directly in front of May View Lodge is available on a private driveway behind electric security gates. Other things to note Orange and EE mobile phone coverage is patchy. O2 coverage is stronger. Our garage, although very rarely used, is located under the main bedroom. On very rare occasions the motorised garage door may be heard opening/closing.
