In the immediate vicinity of the house is the cycling and hiking trail to the west beach of the most beautiful natural beach in Germany. The fine sandy swimming beach, the Nordstrand, can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot. On the ground floor of the house furnished in the Nordic maritime style, the large living room with leather couch and 65 inch HD TV, which merges into the dining area with fireplace and opens into the open kitchen. The sun terraces are equipped with garden furniture, umbrella and beach chair. Already in the morning you will be pampered here by the sun and in the evening there is the opportunity for cozy barbecues. Upstairs you will find three double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a TV. Another room on the ground floor, which can be used as an alternative (e.g. for snoring), is located on the ground floor. As a special highlight, Haus Sonnendeck - the only one in Prerow - has an outdoor hot tub that can be booked on request and then refilled with fresh water for you. The ultimate relaxation experience to round off the holiday day or as a comfort in bad weather. For the house sun deck with hot tub, sauna and fireplace, there is actually no bad weather. It is therefore well equipped for every season. Please note that when booking the hot tub, filling with fresh water is only possible on the following Monday.
