Cozy apartment in Dresden-Gohlis
Our apartment is located in Dresden Gohlis - a more than 850 years old former fishing village - which today belongs to Dresden, but has retained much of its original character. Despite the location on the quiet and scenic outskirts, Dresden city center can be reached within 15 minutes by car, bus or train. The Meissen porcelain and wine town is just 11 km away downriver. Directly on the house runs the same bike path, which is developed almost entirely from the Czech border to Hamburg. The Dresden center is located some 10 km upstream, downstream is just 4 km from the seaside resort of storage Cossebaude, Weinbohla / Radebeul about 6 km away and the town of Meissen along the Elbe is 14 km away. Directly in front of the house is the access point to call taxis for the bus line 95, which you can use very less stressful drive right up to the Dresden City. On Cossebaude station you can take the S-Bahn to Dresden main station where you have access in all directions. In the 1 km away Cossebaude you will find many shops. Two supermarkets (net, Frida), beverage market, gas station up to retail stores, almost everything is available (three bakers, butchers, pharmacy, fruit and vegetables and daily consumer goods, clothing). In several local physicians, occupational and physical therapy, a post office, hairdresser, various restaurants and garages are located. In warm weather, you can refresh yourself in the popular seaside resort Cossebaude jam. The big shopping center of Dresden, the same park with more than 170 stores, can be reached within 10 minutes by motorway (A4 motorway towards Berlin / Görlitz - exit Dresden Neustadt). There is also the multiplex cinema UCI. The tastefully furnished living room is equipped with sofa and reading chair. The walls are decorated with watercolors of indigenous and exotic birds as well as neo-expressionist paintings from the workshop of Annegret Schramm. Modern consumer electronics (flat screen TV, stereo with CD Recorder), CD's of different styles, books and information material to Dresden and its attractions, about castles, palaces, museums and theaters, hiking tips, map, game collection. On the desk there is an internet connection (DSL / Cable broadband) available. The romantic held bedroom has a comfortable double bed with adjustable head and foot of the spring wood frame, hypoallergenic mattresses, synthetic pillows and quilts. Blankets are also available. In the closet and a dresser is space for your clothes. The window has a mosquito repellent and blackout curtains. Of course, each side of the bed has a bedside bedside table with lamp and an alarm clock ever. The small modern kitchen is equipped with fridge incl. Freezer, sink, ceramic hob, cooker hood, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. Pots, dishes, multi-purpose, beer and wine glasses and cutlery are available. Waste bin, garbage bags, cleaning and washing utensils can be found under the sink. Likewise, scrapers, brushes, cleaning cloth and tea towels. Small stocks, such as salt, pepper, vinegar, oil are present. The window is equipped with an insect repellent. At the dining area you will be happy to sit and enjoy the view of the surroundings. The bathroom has a bathtub incl. Shower enclosure equipped glass, sink, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer. For dirty laundry you have appropriate containers for disposal. Small laundry can dry on a drying rack in the bathroom. With a large and dripping wet laundry, please talk to us, as there are in other ways to dry land. Towels we can be provided on request. Consumables such as liquid soap, toilet paper and kitchen towels are provided. The bathroom / WC can be well ventilated with large skylights. The apartment is a Non smoking accommodation and is not suitable for wheelchairs. In an annex of the property there is a small Kanarienvogelzucht. Exotic small birds can be admired. Maybe you too will find pleasure in watching the merry birds singing.
