The Annexe is self contained attached to the side of our house through a gated access . a small kitchenette - under counter fridge/freezer, microwave,table,chairs, coffee maker, tea,coffee. Ceiling fan ground floor no kitchen sink walk in shower. Large bedroom with twin beds/living space with sofa tv coffee table. Outside Seating, Private entrance through locked gate. a small cul de sac.Parking can normally be on our drive, there is road parking if preferred,confirm if you are bringing a car The space There is a lovely private space at the side of the annexe with table, chairs yours to use. Please smoke in this area if needed with the door closed as the smoke alarm is sensitive. Strictly no smoking/vaping/naked flames inside the annexe. Mobile radiators for your use in the winter as well as central heating. Complimentary wi-fi. Guest access Guests access the annexe by walking straight down our driveway . There is sanitizer on the gate. If I know an arrival time I may leave the gate open if not a number via a key safe can be entered for access. Please close the gate at night. On the wall there is key safe to access the annexe. There are refuse bins at the side for your rubbish. Other things to note Complimentary - milk, cereals,bread, sealed jars of marmalade and jam to start you off plus a selection of teas & coffees , also herbal teas. PLEASE NOTE; There is no sink in the kitchen space. There should be enough crockery & utensils for your stay. Crockery can be rinsed in the bathroom sink to enable to use again if needed. A T-towel , washing up liquid & sponge is supplied plus washing up bowl. Please disposal of your rubbish in the bins at the side as you leave. please treat the annexe like you would your own home - breakages etc...may be charged for and should be reported via messages BEFORE check-out. Please get in touch if there are any weekend dates blocked off as I may be able to unblock them for you if possible. Driveway parking is possible if you contact in advance (it’s easier to reverse in) please confirm if you are bringing a car so this can be arranged, 1 car only please. (Security camera covers driveway). Alternatively there is road parking if preferred in our small cul de sac. Please keep noise to a minimum after 8pm to respect our neighbours there are also bedrooms downstairs in the main house, you may hear everyday noises through adjoining door. we are not suitable for late night guests. wi-fi is complimentary & sometimes works better in the kitchenette but can be patchy. there is no fibre optic fast broadband in the village. so not suitable for video calling.
