Pool and Ocean View House

3-story house and a basement with garage. It has a large living/dining room overlooking the beach and pool. The pool and beach are less than 20 and 40 meters away respectively. Renovated and well-equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (1 with a king-size bed, 2 with a queen-size bed and 1 with two single beds). All mattresses are brand new. It has a travel crib. 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 fully renovated toilet. Community pool and children's area. The space The house has three floors and a basement garage. Four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people (9, if it is a baby under 2 years old who sleeps in a crib), a full bathroom and a toilet. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room, a separate kitchen with a gallery (equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and clothesline), a toilet and a large terrace that has outdoor furniture to enjoy the magnificent views of the pool. From the terrace you can easily reach the pool and the beach. Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom has two single beds and access to a private terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the private terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The third bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed. The house has a travel crib (please indicate if you will need the crib to be prepared for your stay). On this floor there is also a full bathroom with shower. The second floor is located in the fourth bedroom with a king size bed and access to a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The house has all the amenities, including A/C in the living-dining room and in two of the four bedrooms (the other two have a ceiling fan and portable heaters/fans). The house has three terraces, all overlooking the pool area and the two on the upper floors overlooking the sea. It has a large basement with capacity for two or three cars, as well as the possibility of parking right in front of the house for free. Guest access There is a community pool in the development. Please do not leave children unsupervised in the pool. The pool is normally open from June to September. Other things to note The house is inside a gated community of about 30 houses and the pool is shared. As it is a gated community, the house is also not suitable for events or parties.
