Sea Bungalow! Balcony bathtub and amazing view!

Hello, welcome! Please read the entire listing. 🍾 New Year's Eve: minimum of 4 nights. The space ✦ Bungalow with distinctive design (earth house), private house, with incredible view, tropical garden! ✦ Second-floor room with bathtub on the balcony (gas heating). ✦ River inside the property, forming small incredible natural pools, exclusive to guests, small meditation room, ocean view from the terrace and lots of contact with nature! ✦ We accept your pet, but we charge an extra fee and we have a few rules (described below). ✵ Bedroom on the second floor: double bed with mosquito net, air-conditioning, bathroom, closets and balcony with bathtub, table and hammock. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset!! Complete gourmet✵ kitchen, with all the necessary items for cooking. In addition, it has a deck in front, with extra table and chairs and Bali-style bathroom (outdoor shower with gas heating). Living ✵ room: On the first floor, with TV and small office (which can be used for home office) with extra single bed. Private ✵ entrance and garden, laundry with tank and clothesline. Our space has appeared several times in magazines, due to its simplicity, charm and even the very characteristic decoration of my works, simple and with a lot of astral. Everything here is happy: colors, birds and all the nature around!! If you come with an open heart you will spend unforgettable days. Here, nature is very exuberant. For mosquitoes, we have curtains on the windows and offer anti-mosquito spray for the house. But if you keep the lights off, you won't have any problems. ✵ Your pet is welcome, follow the rules: - We charge a fee of R$ 150 for up to three days of accommodation, from the fourth day an extra R$ 50 per day is charged; - Our limit is one pet; - All rugs in the house will be removed; - You must bring your pet's bed and bowl. - It is forbidden to leave the pet alone in the house or garden. Take it with you when you leave. - All "feces" made by the pet, inside the house or in the external area, must be collected. - Damage to furniture, fabrics or objects must be reported and will be charged separately. - Dogs love the river, ENJOY IT!! Guest access In addition to the Bungalow, guests will have access to our garden, where we have a river of running water that passes through the property. In the same place, we have a meditation room, surrounded by woods and with the sound of the river that passes in front, perfect for relaxing and meditating! Other things to note We do not close for less than two nights and we work with special packages for extended holidays, please consult us. Our bungalow was designed for a couple, but we have a small office with a single bed with a mosquito net where we can accommodate a third guest. Our parking lot is on the street, in front of the property. There are three spaces and it is rotating. The street is super quiet!
