When more than two people book, we unlock the door of the main room with a double bed. The Damhuis was originally an old reservois. Later a carport/garage. When the late Herman Botha's son finished his degree and joined the farm he needed a place of his own. A bathroom, kitchen zink, braai and bar was all he needed at that stage. Today it is used as a selfcatering unit for guest's attending weddings, conferences ex. in the area. Communication with the host is also essential to find the Damhuis more easily. Take note....although this is a spacious area similar to a house, it does not consist of a proper full kitchen. Remember, are dogs are as much part of the family and are taking the welcoming of guests very seriously.
