Stylishly curated throughout, the ground floor comprises of a spacious sitting with ample comfortable seating in front of large bay window and open fire, a charming dining room featuring beautiful stripped original wooden floorboards, and seating for up to six guests to gather around a good-sized table, and a well-equipped kitchen offering modern appliances. With a plethora of local produce available on the doorstep, the kitchen is perfectly designed for rustling up a feast. Up the Norfolk winder staircases, two bedrooms are available on the first floor. The master bedroom hosts a king-size zip and link bed, which can be made into two singles on request. Bedroom two provides a double bed, and boasts breath-taking views of Brancaster Staithe's famous saltmarshes. These rooms are served by family bathroom offering an inviting deep bath with shower over. Located on the second floor, the third bedroom is a twin room featuring large Velux a window framing stunning views of the saltmarshes. Outside, the expansive garden runs directly to the marshes, where a vast array of wildlife and the coastal path can also found. The views will enthral and amaze. On a clear night, the expanse of stars reaches forever. Parking for one car is available at the front of the property. 4 Harbour View offers a comfortable a base for a memorable family holiday right on the glorious panoramic salt marshes.
