Apartment 101

The new Apartment 101 offers you on area 101m2 three bedrooms and a large residential kitchen. It is therefore ideal for a winter or summer holiday for a family with children or a group of friends. The beautiful neighborhood offer a wide range of sports activities and excursions. Therefore we have prepared for your sport equipment a SKI Depot. There you can as well rent (free of charge) two sledges. In summer you can use the bicycle space in the basement of the house below the stairs. The space Important notice: The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. Available is the entire apartment (except two small storage rooms for cleaning), including bed linen, towels, bath towels and kitchen towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle and a hand whisk. Of course there is also enough kitchenware. The smallest bedroom (or the children's room) is equipped with two single beds, in the second larger bedroom you can either have two single beds or it could be changed into a double bed and the largest bedroom has a large double bed. Each bedroom is equipped by large wardrobe and a drawer chest. And there are always two electrical outlets above each bedside table so you can recharge easily your phones and other equipment. For those who do can´t miss their job occasionally even during vacation, a work desk is also available in the biggest bedroom. On the other hand three installed flat-screen TVs can help you enjoy a bit more the holiday. There is a large bathroom with a toilet and a huge shower. Another separate toilet offers to use another sink. There is as well installed washing machine. We hope that also the original decoration with our own travel photos will make your holiday more enjoyable and maybe will inspire you for your next holiday. Another nice detail is a number of practical solutions like a foldable hooks above the window, where you can easily dry clothes above the heating, or drying rack, or an electric ski boot dryer. Of course in apartment you will find basic things as hair dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment. Small children are as well welcomed! We will be happy to prepare a children's dining chair and other childrens equipment. You can also also easily attached child's playpen to one sledge available for rental in the SKI Depot. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house (between the house and the river). ATTENTION - in winter we guarantee the cleaning of only one parking space. We try to clean up the second parking space, but it is not always possible to secure/manage it. If it snows during your stay, please provide additional self-cleaning of your parking space. On the ground floor of the house (and as well in our SKI Depot) are provided shovels and rakes. Parking space indicates plastic stand with a white sign „AP.101“. Please respect other residents and do not park on their parking places cleaned from the snow. House and Apartment rules The apartment is located in an apartment building. That is why we ask all visitors to keep clean the apartment and the house as well and do not disturb by their behavior other roommates. Smoking PROHIBITED - No smoking in the apartment and in the building. Smokers can smoke in front of the main or side entrance to the building or on the balcony of the building at the stairwell. Prohibition walking on the stairs in ski boots. Not suitable for pets Parties or events are prohibited.
