Fantastic Executive Home-No Cleaning Fee

Looking for a home away from home? Look no further. Beautifully decorated 2800 sf executive home awaits your arrival. Spacious, well appointed 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2.5 baths - Toto bidet in master en-suite . Well appointed living room. Relaxed, cozy family room. . Gourmet kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and much more. Safe neighborhood. Only 10 minutes from Rideout hospital. Our residence is the perfect place for traveling medical staffs and other travelers. The space The entire place is yours to enjoy. However, our place is NOT suitable for parties and/or events. You will be charged $1000 a day plus $500 cleaning fee and excessive use of utility if you host events and/or parties at our residence without our approval. Please be advised only paying guests are permitted to stay at our residence. ($20 surcharge per guest per night after the first 2 guests.) Non paying guests are considered tress passers and are subject to removal by law enforcement. If your travel plan changes to include more guests, please let us know at once. Our non smoking and/or vaping policy is absolute. If you choose to smoke or vape either inside or outside of our residence, you will be charged at least $500 deep cleaning fee. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE while staying at our residence. Guest access The entire place is for you to enjoy. Please no loud music and/or noise after 9 pm. Please do not disturb our neighbors. Other things to note Please DO NOT smoke and/or vape inside or outside of our residence. You will be asked to leave our residence without any refund issued if our non-smoking and non-vaping policy is violated. Additionally you will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $500 plus the replacement costs of beddings, curtains etc. The residence is protected by an alarm system the incorporates a security camera for the front door only. There are no cameras inside the residence. No animals including service animals are permitted to stay in our residence because of severe allergies. If you bring your dogs or cat inside the residence, you will automatically forfeit your security deposit plus any replacement cost of beddings and/or furnitures etc. On your departure day, please return the residence to us in the same condition as you have found it when check in. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if the residence is not clean and tidy upon checkout. Please checkout by 11 AM sharp. By booking you have agreed with our terms and conditions.
