Surrounded by lemon trees sea front villa

Are you looking for a fast & easy escape from the city? In just 1.5h from Athens through the national road our house can become home to joyful days with your family and friends. Enjoy the crystal clear sea water of Aigeira but in a less crowded beach in just few steps from your door, or an excursion in Lake Tsivlos & Doxa, while staying in a modern, spacious and bright house within a big estate of lemon trees. Dine in the sea front balcony during sunset and enjoy the different colours of nature. The space The house is in the middle of a big estate with lemon trees just in front of the sea. It has large windows to allow the sea view to be visible from almost every point within the house. There is a large balcony but also a back yard for you to choose where you would like to spend your day. In the main house, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with big double beds & 1 with two single beds+1 that can be added here). One double bedroom is ensuite while the other two share a bathroom. The kitchen separates the ensuite bedroom with the other two bedrooms allowing for some privacy The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and connected with the living room (fireplace & TV) and the indoors dinning table. There is a separate small house within the estate with a double bed, bathroom and kitchenette, just a few steps from the main house, allowing two more guests to stay. This house is only available if +7 people are booked. There are stairs taking you directly from your door to the sea, while free wifi and parking are provided Guest access The neighborhood has a few houses with large estates, so there is no direct contact with neighbors, while parking is provided on a private road. Other things to note *The house is pet friendly, but you must be careful not to let pets escape from the property. *The house is child-friendly, but you need to be careful when children are playing on the property *On the property there are stairs for access from the parking lot to the house and from the house to the sea.
