Large nice accommodation within walking distance to beach, shopping, playground, city center and attractions. 7 rooms with good beds for 13-14 adults, 2 children under 12 years and some babies. Large kitchen with a regular stove, lots of kitchen utensils, dining area for all of you and exit to the garden. The living room has a sofa corner, books and games. Please note there is no microwave and TV. When pre-ordering, a projector with bluetooth/wifi access can be rented for viewing kahoots or streaming from your own device. The space The building is a former farmhouse from 1903, where the barn has been converted into a room rental. There are a total of 7 rooms, with good beds for 14 adults, as well as bunk beds for 2 children under 12 years and baby travel cots for 2 children up to 100 cm / 10 kg. There are pillows and duvets for everyone, please note that some of them contain down. There are 4 enclosed shower cubicles, 4 enclosed toilets and 4 washbasins spread over the 2 bathrooms. We have a transportable baby changing table, as well as the possibility to open up an extra baby changing room if you have many babies with you. We live on the first floor of the main building. If you have rented the room for several days, we can go for a walk. In the main building there is also a function room, with access to a large industrial kitchen, this is rented separately from the room part. Guest access THE GARDEN: Courtyard with 4 large tables and a total of 24 chairs, it is possible to borrow our gas grill. Backyard with space for sunbathing and playing on the lawn. Small private forest bordering the Skanseskoven. We have various outdoor games that can be used in the backyard. Laundry: Washing column with large washing machine and dryer. Possibility to dry clothes outdoors. Other things to note At 7 days or more, a discount is automatically applied. You can therefore book an extra day at each end to achieve more flexible check-in/out. Pets are not allowed, we have allergies. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor smoking corner. Tea towels, dishcloths and towels are available in the kitchen. It is mandatory to use bed linen. Towels and bed linen can be rented by pre-order. The place must be handed over tidy and without dishes. We live on the 1st floor ourselves, and will therefore often be found in the garden, in the workshop or in the process of renovating something in the building. Our company premises may be rented to other guests during your stay, if this is the case, the toilet facilities will be divided, all companies renting without overnight accommodation must be out by 22.00
