Beautiful historic beach box nestled on a quiet side street in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Old OBX charm with a lovely wrap around porch, featuring a huge chefs kitchen with a 6 burner gas range, double ovens and a large island. Space is decorated with pieces from local artists throughout. Large game room on the first floor features a restored 20' shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong and dart board for lots of family fun. Walk to the beach, Avalon Pier or Awful Arthurs in 3 minutes. The space Perfect space for families! Three bedrooms with soft sheets and lots of towels (including beach towels) provided. Brand new living room furniture for 2024! Pull out couch is very comfortable and allows 8 adults to stay. There are two full bathrooms with all the amenities and toiletries. Kitchen is very well stocked and hosts provide a full coffee bar and spice cabinet. Fast WIFI throughout the house, cable is provided in the living room and tv's in all bedrooms have Roku devices for streaming. Downstairs game room provides fun play space for guests with a shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong and seating for hanging out. We also provide all your beach needs including 2 beach cruiser bikes, beach cart, beach wagon, pop up sun shade, toys and some comfy beach chairs. Washer and dryer on property. Guest access Two cars can park in the driveway and room for limited street parking as well. Other things to note I take a tremendous amount of pride in keeping our home clean and comfortable for our guests. This beach house is our family's treasured getaway and we love sharing it with others. To keep things extra tidy and accessible for all please no smoking inside the home or inside the downstairs game room. Also we know the new living room set is lovely and light- if you happen to spill something please only use dawn dish soap to clean it up.
