The apartment is located in Condomínio studio, next to Marina Bracuhy and is 30-40 minutes from the city center. The general condominium has 24 hour security and 2 restaurants, at the end of the condominium it has a small beach, it is around 400m from the apartment and great for children because it does not have waves. The apartment is fully furnished, and I leave bed linen and towels already included in the cleaning fee. The hotel next to the apartment authorizes the use of its spaces for a fee, such as the swimming pool and tennis court.
