Building with security and cameras on the outside, with access through a locked door, a few meters from the intersection 23 and Paseo, in the center of Vedado, one of the most popular and modern neighborhoods of the capital, 5 minutes from the Havana Malecon and the Historic Center of Havana. The space You go from the living room to the kitchenette, further on you find the room to rest or sleep, enjoying the greatest privacy. Inside the room you have access to the bathroom. With impeccable lighting in every space, you'll feel right at home. At your disposal are a modern double bed, a padded cabinet in front of your bed, which allows you to store sheets, pillows and others, a large mirror, a split type air conditioner, two safe and opaque windows as well as sunshade curtains. On either side of the bed, a bedside table, both illuminated with reading lights, will allow you to place your books and electronic devices. A door gives you access to the closet, where you will find space for your wardrobe. Valuables can be kept in the safe deposit box. The bathroom is fully equipped and in impeccable condition, with hot and cold water service, 24 hours a day, your hair can be dried with the available dryer. Guest access The apartment has an entrance door, with two locks, and easy access to lighting. In the living room you can relax on the couch, watch TV, plug in your electronics and help yourself to something to drink, well preserved in the refrigerator. You will be able to use a power station with batteries and two rechargeable fans + 2 lights for a emergency situation. If you dare to prepare a coffee, do not hesitate to use the electric coffee maker, which will prepare you a good black and concentrated coffee in 2 minutes!. To prepare something to eat, please make use of the kitchen implements. Depending on your preference when preparing your food, you can use the microwave, the electric cooker, and if you prefer to use the gas stove, it is also at your disposal. While you prepare something in the kitchen, you can sit on the stools, lean against the counter and from there watch the TV and in turn what you prepare in the kitchen. The hot and cold water, available 24 hours a day, is regulated and controlled by an automatic pressurizer and a heater. The automatic water heater will always be active for the use of our guests. The WI-FI is optional for an additional cost (economic). Other things to note 1-)Privacy and comfort are what guests thank us for the most.
