True Blue condo, the location, activities, theaters, beautiful beaches, pools, and many restaurants make for a wonderful vacation getaway that is ideal for golfers, couples, or families. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo is on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a private full bathroom and a sliding glass door that leads out to the screened porch. The second bedroom has 1 king bed and is located next to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares the second bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests per HOA rules, no exceptions. The living room has a large HDTV, looks out unto the golf course and has sliding glass doors onto the screened in porch. We provide all linens, towels and some beach towels. We do not guarantee beach towels but try to keep them in the unit. We do not supply personal toiletry items. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full washer and dryer in the unit. We also offer free Wi-Fi. We have done lots of updating since purchasing the property in 2004 including new flooring, blinds, appliances, new HDTV, granite countertop in the kitchen, new furniture, and more. If grilling is what you desire there is a charcoal grill located right next to the rear of the unit. This is a shared grill. We do not supply charcoal or starter fluid. Parking for 2 cars is free on-site and there are several spots available very close to the unit. One car may be parked in front of the building and the other can be parked on the road side of the parking area. Relax on the screened porch at the end of the day or with your coffee in the morning. A swimming pool and hot tub, open year round, are located on the property. The clubhouse is just a short drive, and offers a good breakfast and lunch menu. A nearby amenity center offers a cool refreshing way to relax that features a large pool (not open year round), jacuzzi and tennis courts. Just 35 minutes south of the Myrtle Beach airport, yet far removed from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. We are 5 minutes to beaches (Huntington State Park), shopping at the Hammock Shops, and great restaurants in Pawleys Island, Litchfield and Murrels Inlet, or tour beautiful Brookgreen Gardens. Many top quality golf courses are in the area, including True Blue, Heritage and Caledonia. Long-term renters are welcome from November through February. Please inquire about long-term rental rates.
