My place offers 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a 120 bed. Bed linen is included. A modern kitchen with everything you need. Refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, stove with oven, toaster, microwave, dishes and underfloor heating. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower and underfloor heating. Towels and toilet paper included Living room with large dining area, highchair is available. 2 flat screen TVs. Garden and grill hut The space We live in a 2-generation house where the apartment is also located. It's very quiet with a magnificent view of the vast countryside. My father ran a farm for a long time on the side. Now that he's over 80, there are only a few sheep left. At Easter in the spring, my father raises newborn lambs. This is always a small highlight for our guests. He still has his carrier pigeons and a dog. That's why it's just a small hobby farm. He also still has his tractor and is happy to take the kids for a little ride. I am married, have an adult daughter and a very dear French bulldog. His name is Teddy and he loves children. Guest access Barbecuing is welcome in our barbecue hut. Our guests have their own grill at their disposal. If it gets tight with the laundry, I offer my private washing machine. I charge 5 euros per machine including detergent. Bicycles can be stored. Other things to note Leisure activities: Next door is a great children's playground with the possibility to play soccer, lots of nature to go for walks, jogging, cycling, etc. The place is situated on a river with a swimming beach. You can ride a pedal boat, take a canoe tour, there is a great restaurant with great views, the North Sea is quickly accessible as well as connections to the Halligen. An indoor playground is 15 minutes away by car, bowling alley and in the neighboring village there is a heated swimming pool and much more. A few flyers for excursion destinations are available.
