This is a cozy ground level studio with private entrance, en-suite bathroom, queen bed, kitchenette, and faux electric fireplace. Located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes south of IU & downtown restaurants. A park with wooded trails, tennis courts and playground is just a few steps away at the end of our street. The space This is a comfortable, self-contained basement studio with a en-suite bathroom and covered patio outside the private entrance. The queen bed is perfect for 2 people. The studio has a kitchen area with a microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, hot plate, medium-sized fridge, and comes stocked with coffee and tea makings, and basic kitchen condiments. The TV is set up with an Amazon Firestick for watching Netflix and and other channels. Our family lives upstairs, it is an older house and, while we try to be very considerate, you will be aware of us moving around up there. Guest access You have a private entrance and parking space close to the entry so you are free to come and go as you please. (In icy conditions, it is better to park on the street in front of the house.) Other things to note What makes this a great place to stay apart from the studio is the quiet location, and the nearby park and walking trail, enjoyable in all seasons.
