The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, is conveniently located on the first floor. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, and the private yard features a pellet BBQ grill and a gas fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. Entertainment options abound with a 65" Smart TV in the living room and a game room featuring billiards and foosball. Tips for a comfortable stay include considering the queen-size bed in one of the upstairs rooms if you prefer to stay on the same floor as your kids. The Walden community is known for its tranquility, with neighboring homes and wildlife, including deer. Keep in mind the proximity to the lake may result in humid weather and the presence of insects. Having a car is recommended for transportation. To enhance your stay, an Echo device is available for your convenience, offering access to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. Please note that parties or gatherings are not permitted, and only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway (garage access is not provided). Kindly observe a courtesy quiet hour starting at 8 pm. The maximum occupancy for the home is 6 guests, with additional charges for extra guests. Large gatherings, parties, and events are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a photo ID may be required at check-in. The pool key can be found by the coffee maker, and a fee will be charged for lost keys.
