Comfortable and spacious house with permanent standard in the cozy village of Undersvik outside Järvsö, 3.5 hours by car from Stockholm. Lovely views of Ljusnan and the surrounding fields. Child-friendly plot. Large trampoline, ping pong table, outdoor toys, hammock available in summer. Snow mattresses, sleds, kicks etc. in winter. Several seating areas outdoors with sun all day in summer and charcoal grill. Fiber. Cozy lodge with bar, darts, long table, etc. Possibility of wood-fired sauna for an extra rental fee. In the summer months, Järvsö and its surroundings offer fantastic nature, mountain bike park, Järvzoo, Stenegård, rafting, cafés, high-altitude trail and much more. In the winter months, the house is perfectly located for both downhill skiing in Järvsö alpine, cross-country skiing in Harsa and ice skating on the river. 10-minute walk to a well-maintained beach with a shallow sandy beach, diving board and incomparably beautiful view. Barn with large lodge with fun details to use in spring, summer, fall. There is a bar, seating area, long table and darts (however, not suitable for 0-3 years due to the steep staircase up to the lodge). The house is NOT rented out for parties but is welcome for family gatherings, etc. Summer, spring, autumn there are ping pong tables, large trampoline, pedal bike, SUP etc. to borrow. In winter, there are snow mattresses, sleds, tail skis and 2 kicks to borrow. Rent the wood-fired sauna for up to 10 people. Holiday: SEK 750, weekend SEK 1000, week SEK 1500. A couple of hundred meters from the house is the newly renovated STF Undersvik. There you can enjoy fantastic lunches (some days even dinner), try local beers on their large balcony overlooking the water or in the cozy dining room. FLOOR PLAN: Ground floor: bedroom 1 (2 single beds), bedroom 2 (2 single beds), bedroom 3 (2 single beds), bedroom 4 (120 cm bed + sofa bed for 1-2 people) newly renovated bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, large and spacious hall as well as inner halls and cold hall Upper floor: Bedroom 5 (180 cm double bed), reading corner, desk Bedroom 6 (160 cm double bed), desk, small dining table and 2 chairs. Closet with toys and games. 1 Tent bed with comfortable mattress and 2 floor mattresses are also available for use if needed. Travel bed for baby, high chair and baby gate up for stairs are available. Also indoor toys such as toy kitchens, dolls and more. Properly equipped and spacious kitchen with dining area for up to 10 people, small dishwasher, large refrigerator, small freezer, large pantry, stove & oven, microwave. Living room with seating area, reading armchairs and vinyl player with mixed records to enjoy, bathroom (older standard) with toilet and bathtub. Balcony with wonderful views of Ljusnan, morning sun. Towels, bed linens and consumables such as toilet paper are included by the tenant. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning and throwing away garbage (cleaning items are on site, trash can is at the property boundary). Final cleaning can be offered at an extra cost, just let us know when booking if you wish to book for final cleaning. Spring, autumn, winter minimum length: 2 days. June-August: minimum length 6 nights, check-in Sunday or Monday. Other things to note Key to the house is in the key box, host not on site at check-in.
