Comfortable and spacious house with permanent standard in the cozy village of Undersvik outside Järvsö, 3.5 hours by car from Stockholm. Lovely views of Ljusnan and the surrounding fields. During the summer, Järvsö and its surroundings offer fantastic nature, a mountain bike park, Järvzoo, Stenegård, rafting, cafés, a high-altitude zip line, and much more. In the winter season, the house is perfectly located for downhill skiing in Järvsö Alpin, cross-country skiing in Harsa, and ice skating on the river. 10 minutes' walk to a well-maintained beach with a shallow sandy beach, a diving board, and a breathtakingly beautiful view. Barn with a large lodge with fun details to use in spring, summer, and fall. There is a bar, a seating area, a long table, and darts (however, it is not suitable for 0-3 year olds due to the rather steep staircase up to the lodge). The house is NOT rented out for parties, but family gatherings, etc. are welcome. Summer, spring, fall, there is a large trampoline, pedal bike, SUP, etc. to borrow. In winter, there are snow mattresses, sleds, tail skis and 2 kick sleds to borrow. Rent the wood-fired sauna for up to 10 people. Holiday: SEK 750, weekend SEK 1,000, week SEK 1,500. A couple of hundred meters from the house is the newly renovated STF Undersvik. There you can enjoy fantastic lunches (some days even dinner), try local beers on their large patio overlooking the water or in the cozy dining room. FLOOR PLAN: Ground floor: bedroom 1 (2 single beds), bedroom 2 (2 single beds), bedroom 3 (2 single beds), bedroom 4 Double bed 160 cm Newly renovated bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, large and spacious hall, as well as interior halls and a cold hall Upper floor: Bedroom 5 (180 cm double bed), reading corner, desk Bedroom 6 (160 cm double bed), desk, small dining table and 2 chairs. Wardrobe, toys and games. 1 tent bed with a comfortable mattress and 2 floor mattresses are also available for use if needed. Travel crib for babies, high chair and child gate at the top of the stairs are available. Also indoor toys such as a toy kitchen, dolls, and more. The guest is responsible for final cleaning and taking out the trash (cleaning supplies are on site, and a trash can is at the property boundary). Final cleaning can be offered at an extra cost.
