The cozy, fully equipped 2-room apartment offers up to 4 people a central place to stay in Hamburg and is suitable for anyone who does not need a lively scene but still wants to spend the night in a central and chic style. There are only a few steps to get to the ground floor living area, and the shower is also barrier-free. A washing machine with dryer can be found in the bathroom of the apartment. From the spacious bathroom you get directly to the terrace, which is turned away from the street to the inner courtyard. Due to the balcony above you are protected and can enjoy your evening or morning hours regardless of the weather. In the fully equipped open kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a small selection of exquisite coffees and teas. The exclusive living area is flooded with light through the 3 large windows and invites you to linger. You can use the high table with 4 comfortable high chairs for eating as well as for working. You are welcome to use a Bluetooth box and an AMOLED Smart TV. Of course, you can also use your own WiFi for this purpose. There is a sofa bed here, which gives two other guests a place to sleep. The cozy bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed and a wardrobe with hangers. You can also enter the terrace directly from here. Fresh towels and bed linen are available. You can park (with a little luck) right in front of the front door or in one of the adjacent streets. You don't need a parking ticket here. I have refurbished the apartment with great attention to detail, here and there you will always discover something “chichi”, look forward to it and feel good.
