Authentic villa Maruka with pool & seaview sundeck

Villa Maruka is authentic stone-built villa, luxury restored with heated swimming pool and wooden sundeck with sea views. Sleeps 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. It is situated in traditional island village Mirca, 10 minutes by walk from beaches and 3 km from lively town Supetar. You can experience here relaxed island lifestyle, but with all the modern comforts (swimming pool, WiFi, air con, parking) and all this only 1h by ferry from the city of Split and airport. The space Villa Maruka is traditional stone built villa from the 19th century, luxuriously restored, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for relaxation and a slowdown in an authentic island location. Although peacefull, is still easily accessible and very close to all the amenities and, of course, the beaches and clear Adriatic sea. The villa has just over 120 square meters of the interior. On the ground floor there is a lounge and dining area with SAT TV and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet/guest cloakroom, small laundry room and one double bedroom with a big bathroom en suite and a terrace door leading out onto a side terrace with small garden. From the lounge a grand staircase leads to the first floor which contains a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There is one more shower room next to the outdoor eating area and pool. Each room has SAT TV, air conditioning and a safe. In the forecourt of the villa is the heated swimming pool and attractive outside dining area with BBQ, covered with the authentic stone roof. A sundeck is positioned to capture the best views of the sea and Dalmatian coast. The nearest beach and a restaurant are only 800 meters from the villa (10 minutes’ walk!), a grocery shop is less than 2 minutes by walk and the nearby town of Supetar with its busy cafes, restaurants and shops is within 5 minutes’ drive or 30 minutes stroll. Guest access The guests have private and exclusive access to the whole property, inlcuding: -private swimming pool, heated from 1st of April to the 31st of October -sea view sundeck with sun loungers -fully equipped kitchen -roofed patio with BBQ -cozy living room with wood fireplace -free private parking Other things to note Villa Maruka is a traditional Dalmatian stone house build by my family in the 19th century. After it had been empty for almost 50 years, we renovated the house into a 3 bedroom luxury villa and gave it a new life. We were trying to preserve as much as possible of the existing Dalmatian architectural tradition and its original charm, but at the same time to meet highest modern living standards.
