This vacation home is located only 75 meters from the sea/beach. The house is about 70 m2, and contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet/shower and a glazed terrace of about 18 m2 in the east-facing position (morning sun) + a terrace in the west-facing position with evening sun. The house is about a 30-minute drive to Kalmar, and about 45 minutes to Karlskrona. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed Final cleaning is not included.
