Sea Shelter

The studio is located in Koundouros, at the Western side of Kea island. It is less than 50 meters away from a beautiful beach. It has a private parking and can accommodate up to 3 persons (not suitable for children and infants). It is ideal for relaxing vacations by the sea and gives you the opportunity to enjoy numerous sunsets from your terrace. The breathtaking view towards the Aegean Sea is something synonymous with this house. The space The studio has a loft with a queen bed, facing the living room and the terrace. In the living room there are two separate sofa beds and a fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer and a coffeemaker ready for you to use. Lastly there is a bathroom with a shower, and a central ceiling fan in the living room. The total area of the studio is 40 sq. m. Guest access To reach the house you have to take the ferry from the port of Lavrio (1 hour trip) and after arriving to the port of Kea (Korissia) you need a 30 minute drive to Koundouros.
